The hostess was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and dine in requests. The breakfast was good, with pancakes, egg preparations and avocado toasts. The villa has a great view and an amazing pool. Big lavish rooms and common areas to hang out.
Me and my team had a great 10 days stay here. Location was secluded yet very close to the busy Patong area. The view from the property was stunning, The property was very comfortable and spacious.
This villa is beautiful. It is an older property but it is VERY well maintained and very clean. The management company which the owners are using is top notch. Joyce your local contact is there to address any questions and concerns. She usually does that before you even ask. A true service professional. The property location is far enough from the hustle and bustle of Patong but close enough to walk (downhill) and an easy 7 min ride uphill with any of the countless cabs and ride shares. There are 2 caretakers on site which gracefully see after anything that you need. The staff can cook any meal for you, as you wish, for a minimal fee, plus ingredients. And the best part is that they clean up afterwards. It's a great option especially for breakfast since there are very limited walkable morning options around. The entire house is beautifully appointed and offers a safe in every room. Bottled water, toiletries and coffee are provided.
Great host! Villa manager Joyce is very helpful, give us good recommendations, arrange transportations and tours. The place felt like right at home with breathtaking view. Great for family vacation. Although the street is very steep, not easy to walk.
Beautiful place, great facilities, and very close to Patong Beach (~5 min drive, 20-30 min hilly walk). In-house staff were very friendly and helpful, and the house is just as advertised.
Absolutely loved our stay. The pool was a refreshing oasis, the service was top-notch, and the view was breathtaking. We especially enjoyed waking up to a delicious breakfast each morning. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with fantastic amenities
Amazing Staff! Had to take the opportunity to come on here and offer a massive thank you to Joyce (Villa Manager). She went above and beyond throughout our stay. Whenever there was an issue of our own making, she was only happy to help. The listing is a true reflection of the experience you'll have. If you're looking for a stress free experience, then having Joyce on the other end of the phone will make that a reality. The villa was lovely, pool perfect temp, and only a 10 minute drive into the chaos that is Patong. If and when I return, Joyce will be my first port of call! Thank you very much again
I do not even know where to begin to describe the most amazing experience my friends and I had at this villa. Kelly and Joyce were very responsive since I moment I booked the villa in October 2023 for our February 2024 trip. We were in town for a bachelorette therefore needed a lot of preparation prior to our arrival and they aced it! The villa was in an amazing location, only 5 mins from downtown Patong. Transportation was arranged by the villa everyday at very affordable prices. The villa also offered in villa dining options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner everyday. We had the villa chef cook us breakfast every morning ranging from American breakfast to Thai breakfast. They got creative! We had housekeeping service everyday which was much needed for a group of 8 girls. LASTLY THE PERSON WHO MADE THIS WHOLE TRIP WAS OUR VILLA MANGER JOYCE. I cannot say enough good things about her as she is the reason we stayed organized and made us feel special everyday.
This hidden oasis was just what we needed. The staff even arranged for my party to have massages at the villa which was very convenient and much needed.
Perfect location. Even better than the pictures, close to Patong but away from the chaos. Clean house, good layout, beautiful pool and outdoor area. The kicker was Joyce the villa manager, she anticipated every need and handled any request promptly. An amazing experience, will come back.
Good location. Secluded and yet just a short tuk tuk ride to Patong Beach. Amazing pool overlooking the Patong bay. The view is breathtaking day and night. Very spacious. The only nitpick is that the interior is a bit dated though very well maintained. Joyce, the host, was fantastic and very responsive. She's practically a personal concierge! Highly recommended.
The stay at Villa Baan Paradise couldn't have been better. The place itself is beautiful, incredible views, private and generally an amazing place to stay. The villa staff were brilliant, their assistance with bookings, breakfasts and dinner and cleaning the place really made the difference. Will 100% return and won't actually consider a hotel again! The overall experience was amazing. The villa looked like the pics, what made it better is the staff, especially the villa manager she was so helpful and responsive whenever we needed her.

An unforgettable stay and one of the most lavish villas. The scenery, the amenities, the host, and the staff were all amazing. Everything was pristine from beginning to end. The host was beyond helpful! Her hours of availability made her easy to reach for support or questions. The staff would keep the place looking well kept in such a manner that you didnt see them but you saw how efficiently they cleaned the 5 room villa. The view from all the 1st and 2nd floor bedrooms were breathtaking. By day and by night!

I have been staying at this Villa for almost a week now with 5 adults. I previously have stayed in hotels and resorts however this Villa has been a lot more of a positive experience. Plenty of space, beautiful views, breakfast, cleaning and laundry done daily by the maid service. I cannot recommend this place enough, I would give it 100 stars if I could. Joyce has been our contact during our stay and has been extremely helpful too, with organising rental vehicles, taxis or even traditional massages to the Villa. I would rather stay here than a hotel or resort

10 of us visited the villa (5 kids and 5 adults) and we loved it. Noy, Pat and Joyce took great care of us, the villa is absolutely beautiful with plenty of space, even with 5 kids running around, and the view is breath taking. The villa is very high up the hill but we had Jeab always on hand with a 10 man mini bus to take us wherever we needed and there is a convenience store and fantastic pizzeria a few minutes walk away. Highly, highly recommended.
Baan Paradise, was truly amazing. My friends and I had a fantastic time, from the initial super spicy/tasty red curry, on our arrival (cooked by the wonderful chef!) to our last days pictures taken by the awesome pool, with such a wonderful view of the Bay. All the staff made sure we had a really fun stay, and the location is excellent for Patong. It is really close to the beach, but just far enough away, so that when you want to relax and be away from the hustle, you are in total peace. I couldn't be more happy with the Villa, it was excellent
Our stay at the Villa was a dream. The staff were attentive to our every need. We have been to Phuket many times and the experience this time was second to none. The villa's outlook over Patong Bay was stunning both by day and by night. The owners of this villa are very lucky to have the staff they do have. They were truly instrumental in our having a memorable vacation
We had our wedding part at Baan Paradise. The villa was ideal, the location was beautiful and Joyce and her staff were just brilliant. We couldn't have been happier with our entire experience and the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. Can't wait to go and stay there again soon.
I thought I would let you know that we had a great time in Baan Paradise, Dolly and the girls were terrific and looked after us so well we hated to leave. Not only did Dolly do an amazing job looking after us she was invaluable with her knowledge and did everything with such efficiency. Both Kloy and Oui were fabulous as well. We ate at the Villa a few times and every time the girls did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend Baan Paradise, to anyone.
Just wanted to say Thanks the House was great! Everyone loved it!!! If you get any unfilled consecutive weeks in the low seasons let us know as we would be interested again! We all fell in LOVE with Pat & Noy, if they could fit in our suitcases we would have smuggled them home!!!!

We stayed here for 6 nights, 7 adults and 3 children ( 13,7, and 3). It looks just as it does in the photos. The view was amazing, I wasn't sure if I was in Phuket or monte Carlo! I thoroughly recommend you stay here!
This was a wonderful home to share on our group vacation. The home was clean, location quiet but a short taxi ride to the more energetic area of the beach. Wonderful view to wake up to and enjoy our coffee poolside. Noy and Pat were wonderful for taking care of the home.

Service was excellent. The helpers were great - the villa was always cleaned with fresh towels. We were a bunch of 9 guys and we did make a slight mess every night but the helpers ensured the house was squeaky clean in the morning before we woke up.
This is an awesome place with superb views & only 5 mins by local transport from Patong Beach. You wouldn't realise your so close as it's so secluded & quiet, so you get the best of all worlds.
The villa is well located with an excellent view of the ocean. It is grand with spacious & clean bedrooms and living room. Amenities like pool table and table tennis really added to our fun.
I have been there 2 times this year with a few friends and there was nothing better than enjoying a beer at the infinity pool overlooking Patong bay.
We were really lucky to find the villa. The villa view was amazing! Convenient geographical location! The staff of the villa cook very delicious! The next time I come to Phuket Island, I'll choose the villa!
Beautiful home. George was an amazing host had everything set up for us on arrival, loved our chef and maid they were amazing and never failed to satisfy us.
The house is simply incredible. It is a 5 min drive from Patong Beach and the world-famous Bangla Road.
