Where these rates come from. The seasons, dates, nightly rates and minimum stays above are carried over exactly as Villa Getaways publishes them for this villa. The villa's own older website still shows the 2024 and 2025 seasons, so the current dates have been taken from the Villa Getaways listing instead. Rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to confirmation on enquiry.

What the nightly rate covers

Included

  • Villa manager. Your private villa manager speaks fluent English and will handle your personal interests, such as restaurant bookings, tours and recommendations
  • Daily maid service. A minimum of two resident maids. Each bedroom cleaned and tidied daily along with the living spaces and outdoor areas
  • Bathroom amenities. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap
  • Welcome refreshments
  • Wi-Fi internet
  • Bottled water throughout your stay

Extras

  • Grocery service charges: groceries at cost plus 20%
  • Chef THB 100 per person, each meal time
  • THB 10,000 cash float
  • Spa and massage: in-villa treatments arranged by the manager, extra cost applies
  • Airport transfer THB 1,500
  • Extra bed $25 per extra bed
  • Full-day 8 hour minivan rental THB 3,500

Terms

  • 50% deposit at the time of the booking, the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
  • One night refundable security deposit due prior to check-in
  • Check-in 15.00, check-out 10.00
  • Late checkouts can be arranged at an additional cost and are subject to availability
  • Non-smoking villa
